CORRIGENDUM

Bombay Sales Tax of Motor Spirit Taxation Act, 1958.

 

 No. STR-11.04/CR-66-A/Taxation-1:-

In Government Notification Finance Department, No.STR-11.04/CR-66-A/Taxation-1, dated the 5th January 2005, published at page 46 to 60 of Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B,-

 

1.      On page No. 47, fifth line shall be numbered as “3.”

 

2.      On page No. 48,- 

 

(1)  In twenty third line  for “Order sanctioning interest on delayed refunds.-”  read “Order sanctioning interest on refund or delayed refunds.-”

(2)  In twenty ninth and thirtieth line for “amount of refund the payment of which was delayed interest payable thereon  or interest on delayed refund, the period of delay” read  “amount of refund, interest payable thereon or interest on delayed  refund,  the payment of which was delayed, the period of delay”.

 

3.      On page No. 52 in fifth line in d. for “month” read “year”.

 

4.      On page no. 57 in twenty eighth and twenty ninth line for “interest is entitle-d” read “interest which is entitled”.
